I don't know if it will take 10, 20, 30 years to undo the Bush harm. You are right it will take years to get taxes in line with spending, but that's what fiscal conservatives do. Starting to tax "the rich" at a fair level is a good start, but more needs to be done on the spending and tax side. Bush's credit card governemnt needs to end ,now, and we'll pay with a recession. We'll pay, the next generation will get the benefit. But that's the way it works. John
