Debt ridden real estate developers and investors pay me a lot of money to bring some badly needed sanity into their lives. What seems obvious to me, is a miraculous revelation from the heavens to them, well worth $285 per hour.

I learned my values from my Grandparents. My parents are real estate developers - I saw the business first-hand there.

§ My primary observation is that people involved in real estate do not value risk properly:

a.) One consequence of this is they take on too much debt;

b.) Another consequence is they do too little "due diligence" prior to acquisition;

c.) This also manifests itself in countless other ways, which all seem to jump out at me, but are not obvious to real estate developers and investors.
