IOC is the second one of this kind of energy play that RJF has added lately. The first was HNR. Both may be great ideas.

However, with EVG being acquired by PXD they needed someone to keep their coverage numbers constant. And it looks to me as if their risk profile has increased consistently through the year with the companies they have added.

RJF has a good research team, but any time I need a wake up call, I try to remember their $21 target on HOFF.

The bottom line of my post, is 'Do Your Own Math'. Good luck.
