do not under estimate the FED and any US administration which will pull every trick possible to keep the last bubble afloat - heard of helicopter money ? ….. like refinance your home get $10,000 Income tax rebate…. Not to mention expanding the “no down payment” program to $600,000 homes and throw in accelerated home depreciation etc. .. let say 7 years … not bad … NO?
