How much of the tax cuts, in dollars, were due to the tax cuts for the 'wealthy'? What is the CBO's definition of 'wealthy'? Kerry says a family with income of $200,000 is a wealthy family. A Couple employed at GM, with normal overtime, earns that sum. Is this the wealthy family Kerry refers to? Please support your statements, not opinions. Kerry claims his rescinding of the tax cuts for the 'wealthy' will pay for all his trillions of dollars of new programs. Do you support this theory?
