What is with Cheney. His main claim to fame is that he took over the presidency while Bush hid somewhere for hours. Then, Cheney disappeared for a year to undisclosed locations. We, the American public, are supposed believe that when one is hiding or on vacation, the other one will take over as president. Cheney's health continues to be questionable. I agree, he has chosen to sit because his circulation fails him. He clearly has some form of dementia. This is also evidenced by the fact he continues to claim an Iraq/al qaeda connection, wmds will be found, though the rest of the WH dismisses these.
