Rick, I think ya' got it a little saa backwards. Joe Muprhy and the Board of Directors at DCIC have already committed to GIVE 3 shares of FNET for every share of DCIC that you own. 3 is an approximate number. FTEL has not made a final decision but even if they decide to hold their shares of FNET--ergo---the inherent share value of FTEL still rises significantly. Hope this helps!! "Grupo Brad"
