Bush has failed the global test, and therefore he has failed to win the war and keep us safer. By snubbing his nose at the world and going it alone in the wrong way, Bush has done the USA great harm and actually helped the terrorists. Also, Saddam did not attack us, Al Qaida did. Why hasn't Bush concentrated on Al Qaida? No oil reserves?
