Depends on which way you are moving, man. I have another prediction in the works that says that when oil hits $40 a barrel, it will be BELOW $45 a barrel. Likewise, if $49 comes AFTER $50, then when oil is at $49 it will be below $50.

You have to extrapolate the tergiversations of the stochastics and watch for an A-frame formation in the charts followed by a daisy-chain pullback if you really want to understand all this.
