Thanks for the link Pat. The part I like best is: " Concert, may be tempted to overdo its investments in the US local markets at the expense of putting in place the foundations for tomorrow's communications industry. Appears many traders are floating in tubes or feeding chipmonks in the park. After Labor Day I expect activity to get furious again.
