Kerry's book is about how we have to secure loose WMD's or else former Soviet mafias and other criminals and terrorists might get their hands on them. The book was written just before Al Qaida started emerging. If he had written it a year or so later AL Qaida and Mafias would be equal dangers. But the point is, Kerrt cares so deeply about loose nukes that he wrote a book about it, and not for the money. He didn't make any.

Bush meanwhile talks security but is AWOL on loose WMD's and nukes.
