Just watched the debate, though I missed the first half hour. Boy, listening to Cheney is like a breath of fresh air for this Bush supporter. Edwards tried his best to attack the record of the Bush administration and "feel your pain," but to me it sounded like a lot of hyperbole, lacking in substance. This is where I suspect Edwards' reputation as a young trial lawyer is a liability. By the way, did anyone else catch Cheney's statement that he has no political aspirations? Does that mean if Bush gets re-elected, Cheney won't run in 2008? Tenchusatsu
