Billy, very briefly, I share your concerns about the behavior of SEPR lately, especially in the face of a "Strong Buy" from Gruntal & Co.". Anyway, it looks like SEPR has held it's 200 DMA around $19-20 very well, and that is technically somewhat comforting. I would also trun a lot more bulish if it breaks $22.5 on a closing basis (that is where it has faced the most selling recently). I am also planning to add to my position if that were to happen.
