Kris, like others on this thread, I'm searching for a reason that Mark continues to provide patently false or misleading information about WIND. In the case of his latest RSYS vs. WIND post, I don't believe he was "simply stating his opinion." I think Mark knew that his points were misleading, and he was motivated by some ulterior motive. While I agree with you that even if his remarks went unchallenged they would have little effect on the price of the stock, I'm having trouble coming up with another explanation for his behavior.

I would also note one other factor that suggests that although he may be tilting at WINDmills, Mark's comments are intended to negatively effect the price of the stock: He has been asked repeatedly whether he is short the stock, yet he has refused to answer.

As an open-minded investor, I dig for both positive and negative information about my investments. In fact, I'm more interested in hearing the negative view, since the positive is generally more readily available. So it's Mark's dishonesty -- not his negative comments -- that gets under my skin.
