Yes, Clinton could have and should have done more to secure nuclear materials in Russia. If Clinton was President it would be worth debating his fitness for another four years -- but he is not President. Bush is President and he is asking for four more years. But in the last four years his national security track record is shameful. Bush is unfit to lead the US and his diversion of our military on a fool's errand in Iraq while the pace of securing the real threats -- like Russian nukes -- drags along leaving us more vulnerable by the day.
