Brad, I know you have a close relationship with Mr. Murphy, but I have not seen anything from Joe in this site to confirm your claim. If I missed it, would you please direct me to that statement? I'm having trouble understanding how a $2+ company GIVES away $42 to each shareholder, assuming a $14 IPO price. I thought an IPO was designed to raise working capital for the issuing company. If DCIC sharehoders are given $100+ million of FNET stock, that will absolutely refute the old adage that "there's no free lunch." Rick
