A point Cheney made, that is being overlooked by most, is little Johnnie's use or misuse of the subchapter S rules to evade taxes.
For the VP to mention this on national TV indicates clearly that someone in the administration is investigating that issue.

Little Johnnie immediately blurted out that he had paid all the taxes he had to. His response was so fast and so sharp, I immediately had the feeling he was lying again.

We shall see.
