Hi GZ

Thought I'd post this to you also ..

I am deeply disturbed by what just took place in Louisiana.

A judge decided to over rule the constitution. Granted it was the Louisiana constitution. Still the implications are grave.

The people are supposed to be able to overcome abusive judicial systems by way of the constitutional amendment process.

This judge has determined that he is the highest law of the land. He thinks that he can over rule the constitution!

He needs to be removed from office ASAP. If he is not, then he will set a precedent that will tend to allow judges in every state and at the federal level to do the same. Namely they will be able to discard any part of the constitution they see fit.
