Hi Cal,

The increased shorts have to be financing related. If they're not, then there are people out there with more balls than brains. With the spectre of a US partnership now within the realm of possibility, an out-of-the-blue NR to that effect would lop those boys off clean. Not to mention other things that could come suddenly, such as Celebrex suffering the same fate.

Shorting DMX has never been riskier. You've got to think that shorters could find easier and less risky stocks to short out there.
