He has maybe 16M listeners now. 1 in 4 aren't going to rush out and buy Sirius to get Stern IMO. Add that to whatever you think the rest of the business is worth, with NFL, with the previous crap, and then discount a year perhaps and I think you have a very conservative present value of $5. I think that's a bottom line. Perhaps. But the financial commitments are huge and they already said they're going to have to dilute to handle the deal.
