If this is true, it is simply a genetic or physical characteristic and has little to do with his character and qualifications.

In contrast to this physical characteristic, you have on the the other side the willingness to deceive and truth to achieve your political, financial, and theologicAL agenda.
That is a moral and character issue that clearly shows that such an individual is unfit to command.
