An analysis by the Congressional Budget Office said the malpractice bill would benefit physicians and the government but would reduce private health insurance premiums a scant 0.4 percent.

So Laz, when the health insurance premium drops 0.4 percent, how much will that $75 doctor's visit drop? That comes to 3 cents. I can just see the next doctor's bill:

Consultation: $74.97

The doctors will be coming back to their practices in droves...droves.....
