Bush let 9-11 happen on his watch. Therein lies a perfect example of how Bushies talk the talk but wont walk the walk when it comes to really fighting terrorism the right way. Richard Clarke as we know said "Bush ignored terrorism". He is right. Bush and Cheney both ignored terrorism. So did Ashcroft and Rice. It wasn't even a concern of theirs.
