That's a great point. There ARE markets where Stern has no presence to date.

I still think it is not a great deal unless it turns out fans are lining up before he goes live. They've said they're going to dilute to pay for it, and that it will take 1M subs to break even (which is really a little optimistic -- probably more like 1.25M).

If it takes half the 5 year term to sign the 1.25M, then they have to add a bunch more over the ensuing 2.5 years to make it work.
