Quit posting far rightwing garbage.
Kerry has a great senate record. Only one vote he'd take back. That's a 99.9% record of being right. The defense and intel cuts Kerry voted for were supported by Cheney and other top rightwingers. Porter Goss wanted twice the intel cuts. Kerry has voted for the biggest defense increases in history.
His record on budgets is the same as Zell Miller.
