Erik Thanks for your reply. I understand that the studies are open label locally; please excuse my imprecision. The only point I would make is that each site would have to be polled in order to make sense of the data. Absent that, I guess I'm more inclined to follow the simplest explanation for deviation from historical norm. That would be to assume the control arm is not deviating substantially. But, as I said in my other post, it puzzles me. M2
