Taikun, re: brokerages for CA stocks.
You might want to give Yamner a call 800-221-5676, they clear through Pershing. Talk to Mike Gallo, tell him Bill from Colorado mentioned them.
Through the years I've used Schwab & Brown but ended up with Yamner about 8 years ago and have been very pleased.
Note:
1. they aren't the cheapest (however, a number of times they got me a better price than I specified, they do work for you).
2. they don't have online trading, however you can access your account online.
3. I buy CA stocks through them, but, have not tried CA options, REITS, or Trusts.
