Thanks! Yes, I could not see myself selling a $500,000 home to by another similarly priced. So, we are Houston bound where I understand that prices are half off (lol!). However, Texas has one of the highest RE property taxes in the nation at nearly 3.5%, which is ridicously high.

Anyway, Vegas was nice and profitable for us.
