Open Letter to President George W. Bush OK! Here is my version. E-mailing to the White House tonight. Dear Mr. President, In the event that Kerry wins may I suggest the following: Join with the American majority and accept the Kerry view that we should not have invaded Iraq. Join with the American majority and accept the Kerry view that Saddam Hussein was no threat. Join with the American majority and accept the Kerry view that we should withdraw our troops from the Mideast as soon as possible. Then Mr. President, on Nov 3rd 2004, order all American forces to leave the Mideast immediately, and offer President Allawi and his staff asylum in America. Then Mr. President, make a final gift to the American Kerry majority and the Muslim world. The day before the Kerry inaugural, and in the finest Clinton and Democratic tradition, order the release of the no-threat Saddam Hussein and declare his reinstatement as the leader of Iraq.
