<What exactly do you want the President and Congress to do? Dump money on these governments and ask them nicely to clean up their act? Send in troops? What?> Gee, what a puzzle. Who could possibly think of anything other than wringing their hands and sticking their heads in the sand to solve a H5N1 puzzle? Why on Earth would you even think of troops? Americans seem to have a six-gun waco nut-case rabid right-wing Republican attitude that problems are best solved by shooting somebody. Praying is also very popular, though it didn't do much to stop Al Q hijacking some aircraft and destroying a lot of buildings and people. I doubt it would work again a virus. Dumping truckloads of money is another solution people come up with, usually if they are the ones being dumped on. Money and solutions aren't usually greatly correlated, though of course money helps. I'll leave it to you to see if you can work out something. Mqurice
