Thanks Amy J.
I find it amazing that so many people have been under the spell of a mass delusion. It seems that thousands of economists, analysts, politicians and journalists in the US including Greenspan should be sent back to school to retake Economics 101. Every time i read in the Wall Street Journal about "rising wealth from increasing house prices" my head shakes. Here is a better one though, when describing US economy: " low inflation and rising house prices" That shows up hundreds of times everyday in newspapers, television etc.
Maybe soon meteorologists on the Weather Channel will start talking about next day's forecast " Very hot and humid tomorrow with temperatures near freezing " LOL

Nobody knows how long the bubble will go on. It is possible that it will go on much longer ( 2 mln dol cape cods anyone ?)and only be busted by hyperinflation and complete destruction and replacement of the currency.

Regards

Mike
