In the first debate Bush's only task was to come up with effective answers to the questions. Tomorrow he will have to do so while also effectively masking his emotions (the cameras will be glued to him the whole time).

I imagine that Rove probably brought in a headshrinker experienced in panic attacks to teach him some basic relaxation techniques ... but then he will run the risk of over-correcting and appearing inappropriately expressionless during the debate.

The Kerry campaign now knows that if they run directly at Bush he will fold, so John will stay on offense the whole time.
