Almost 42 million rubles in the unpaid subsidies are fallen to the administration of Artem city.
The presence of enormous debts for the heat- on the threshold of the heating season causes anxiety in power engineers, since this seriously prevents the normal preparation of power system for the work in the period of maximum autumn-winter loads. In the case of neoplaty of debts or absence of the understanding with JOINT STOCK COMPANY Dalenergo about the liquidation of debts heat-will not be given to the number of user- debtors in Partizanske, Vladivostok and Artem.
During August and September malicious debtors were already opened from the systems of heat supply, not calculated with JOINT STOCK COMPANY Dalenergo for consumed thermal energy even during the past heating period. Some of them were cut off from the systems of heat supply with the visible break. This in essence commercial enterprises, house-building cooperatives, construction organizations, and also administrative and operational objects, subordinate to Defense Ministry. Heating season for these nonpayers will begin only after that, as they will be calculated from the debts and will pay repeated connection. |
