You like a nuclear North Korea with an advanced missile capability and a history fo selling to the highest bidder? You like a set of small, corrupt countries in the former Soviet Union with suitcase nuclear weapons and weapons grade materials and know-how for sale? You like the fact the bin-Laden is still at large and that terrorism has been growing? You like a nuclear Iran? You like the US being isolated from significant potential allies? You like some pretty strange things.
