American HealthChoice Reports Continued Revenue Growth
FLOWER MOUND, Texas, Oct 7, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- American
HealthChoice, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: AMHI) (the "Company") announced today
that revenues for the three month period ended September 30, 2004 were up 23%
from the same period in 2003. Total revenue derived from patient billings was
$2,760,000 compared to $2,251,000 in 2003. $282,000 of the revenue increase was
attributable to the Company's Affiliated-Revenue program, and the remaining
$227,000 to Company-owned clinics that have been open for more than one year.
Revenue for the twelve-month period ended September 30, 2004 was $9,750,000, a
20% increase compared to the $8,142,000 reported for the twelve- month period
that ended September 30, 2003.
According to Dr. J.W. Stucki, CEO of AMHI, "We are very pleased with the fourth
quarter and total fiscal year 2004 revenue results. The current quarter to
previous year quarter increases, which have been primarily driven by our new
Affiliated-Revenue program, will likely continue into our fiscal year 2005 and
be evident in our quarter numbers for the period that will end December 31,
2004."
