The Nasdaq Composite gained 0.8% to 1971.03, gaining momentum after surpassing its 200-day moving average of 1966. Note that the increase was for THIS YEAR's budget so presumably sales volume could be positively affected in the short term. Maybe I should have said "hopefully" in lieu of "presumably". As the article indicates the expectations are that this helps MRVC.
