Okay, I guess I need to fess up. I did a Bob this morning (forgot a WHERE clause in an Update statement) and accidently expired all of the active Quarterly, Semi-Annual and Annual subscriptions.

If you accessed the site during that 2-3 minute window, you reverted to a level 2.
