Charles any guess as to what SUNW had to pay Kodak? I bet it was in the millions. They also probably crossed licensed the patent in question so each could continue to use it and develop it for future products and applications. Too bad such a negative could not be turned into a positive by an announcement of some sort of joint venture going forward. Kodak the company has been late to the party in developing new technologies. I do hear that they plan on generating a significant amount of their future revenues from digital media.

Kodak could really use some of SUNW's technology and just maybe this patent thing might spur some other discussions where SUNW and Kodak could work together on some new devises or software in the future. I doubt it...
