I was away yesterday. Just saw the news. While I had grown increasingly wary of anything REK said over the years, I never believed all the accusations and innuendoes about her on the message boards, but it now seems they were all true. If we can believe the latest NR, then she lied about the FDA process. She withheld material information. She did this while she was selling her shares. I wouldn't be at all surprised to find out she was involved with the offshore financing or the rediculous mortgage on the Markham property. Whither DMX now ? They have no money. They can cut expenses somewhat but will continue to bleed money. They have no prospect of significant revenues in the next 3 years. Solvay may end up suing them. In2focus has been scamming them and will continue to scam them for another 5 months. Kuhne is dumping shares on the market. It's still not clear how they are going to pay him. They already have 90 million shares outstanding. With the trials for Pennsaid on going, I doubt they will start any Penecure or WF10 trials any time soon. I'm sure the new BOD will do their best. I still believe Pennsaid is an excellent product. But it ain't too late to sell. Dave
