Hi Scott,

I can beat OLV @ $1.50. I am currently neogiating a public relations and marketing contract with a (believe it or not) VSE company that trades around $0.25 and just paid a dividend of $0.06824 a share.
The VSE had trouble processing the dividend since VSE companys don't pay dividends (or they would be TSE listed). I am reccomending the company joins a big board such as Toronto, but NASDAQ may be the preferred choice. The company has steadliy increasing projected inearnings, shown in a report done by Price Waterhouse, so we could see the divdend payment increase.

Cheers,

Kent
