i think most of the full-service brokerages trade them. most of the discount firms do not, except Schwab, i believe. in my experience the ream doesn't come so much on the exchange rate, which has a spread quoted in pips (tenths of a basis point). the ream comes on the bid/ask spread on the bonds. at retail level the spread might be around 100 basis points.
