Do you have a link to the terms on the convertible?

If it's all straight 3.89, it's bullish given that it's in the ball park of current price as opposed to the lower prices of a month ago, and at a deep discount, as would typically be the case in an offering.

As I rethought my prior post, I agree that there is more that will push this up over the near term, more hype, with upgrades, of which I saw 2 already today. Even with that, there will be enough zig zagging as focus goes from dilution and crappy capital strucure to huge revenue and earnings that will be coming with Howard and co.
