Zero tax rate for corporations? OK. Will increase competitiveness Brilliant even though for hundreds of the largest American corporations, that is their EFFECTIVE tax rate. How about zero tax rates for individuals and interest and dividends and estates? Wouldn't that help the economy? The hell with this tax-collecting stuff. The Govt can just peddle treasuries to the Chinese. I asked you before......WHO PAYS??????? Is your answer the expected one from a good Republican counting his money?........ANYONE BUT ME?
