It is this high because it is a very innovative memory producer. However, with sales in the tens of millions and a market cap in the billions, I think you guy may be right, and this stock may be in store for a significant setback. I'm surprised there hasn't been more interest in shorting RMBS previously. At least there isn't much chance of a short squeeze, because I haven't really heard any of the short gurus talking about Rambus at all yet...
