All, Can someone explain the differences between the following? takeover, "company is not for sale", hostile takeover, merger Can "the company is not for sale" translate to a merger? If the CEO is not allow to comment on these kinds of rumors, who is? Any one seen the movie, "Barbarians at the Gate"? Still looking for a bidding war... Mike
