To all - OFF TOPIC - New Finding

Hi All,

I like to share a new finding of mine (actually a suggestion by a friend in the industry) with you guys. I have taken a small stake in it today by letting my INVX and a little of my APM go. It's a French ADR called ILOG SA (ILOGY). I cannot find too much info on them. As much as I know, I'll tell.

Ilog recently completed acquisition of CPLEX in US. Both companies are developing optimization packages and C++ and Java applications. Ilog sells at 9 right now (was 6 just a few days ago). I've had chances to buy it at 7 but did not ( darn slow reflexes). Today I bought some at 9. Ilog after this acquisition has become a leader in the world in optimization software arena. Ilog was offered to public in February at 11 dollars and went down severely when 3rd qtr rev. (9M) was lower than 2nd qtr rev. (9.7M). This was mostly due to strength in dollar. But now they have CPLEX well positioned in US market. Ilog employs about 300 people worldwide.

I like the chart too. Last two weeks there's been huge accummulation and stock broke resistance at 8-5/8. Next level seems around 11 and after that is all virgin territory.

I think it's worth to take a look. Please let me know if any of you have more info on this company. Proceed on your own risk.

Good luck and riches for all of us!
