how do you propose they train managers with guns. the manager of the store may work 60 hours a week.. maybe three or four assisant managers. who are mostly mothers working to support families and doubt they are interested in carrying guns. the turnover in assistant managers is also very high.

Now if you own a corp. you would want your employees carrying guns. there is nothing to stop the assistant managers , managers from going off the deep end too. You are presenting a more life threatening situation imo to employees and customers. cannot agree with you.
