Buddy, I dont disagree with that but here is the KEY to what was said:

That paragraph is exactly what the feeling always has been. We are NOT a force of occupiers. We do not intend to have a puppet government there. I would imagin that we will likely have a small force 20-50k men there for 5-7 years (just as we still have forces in JAPAN, KOREA, EUROPE) but they will not be in an active combat mode and likely will be very low key out of the cities. jdn
