"Can you remember any time that the repubs attempted to make a violent statement towarts the demos?" Yes, in the aftermath of the 2000 election, republican operatives were flown into Dade county where they manhandled and intimidated the commissioners who were recounting the ballots, causing the cancellation of said recounting. If the attacks on republican headquarters hurt the democratic ticket, I am against it ... otherwise I have no problems with it.
