Zell Miller is a total hypocrite and liar.
Zell Miller's #1 goal used to be fiscal conservatism. Now he has thrown in with the biggest deficit spenders and pork barrel pigs in history. Some say when he took tobaccco $$ a few years back he was bought and sold by the rightwing.
The other explanation is senility.
